Last weekend we were lucky enough to have a bit of sun and an amazing afternoon of live music in the beer garden. The Six Shades of Grey featuring our lovely barmaid Sam singing, entertained the locals and drew a crowd with their covers of hits from the 60s.
We gave the restaurant a break and had a barbeque at the side of the pub for some spicy favourites including pulled pork.
The rain stayed away and the walled garden made a great spot to chill for the afternoon with a few beers whilst listening to Sam and guys perform some golden oldies. If you've never heard our Sam sing I suggest you look out for new dates in our diary. She is well worth a listen and really does have an amazing voice (even though we are a bit biased)
